Shipping Options & Costs
Our shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout and will be determined based on your location.

Standard UK Shipping: Orders under £80 will be subject to a shipping fee.

Free Standard UK Shipping: Available on all orders over £80 or when entering a valid deal that offers free shipping.

International Shipping: Rates vary by destination, and delivery typically takes 7-14 working days. (Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.)

Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 working days once payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. For example, orders placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday.

​Delivery Time Frame
After your order is processed, delivery typically takes:

UK Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days.

International Shipping: 7-14 working days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas in the UK. For example, Lundy Island or other off-shore and hard-to-reach areas may take longer than usual as this can depend on weather conditions and other factors.

Delivery Partners
We work with trusted couriers like Royal Mail, Evri and DPD to ensure reliable delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your delivery, delays and for international shipping, custom issues directly through the courier’s website or by visiting your account on our website.
Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and internationally to most countries. Please note that deliveries to remote areas like the Highlands and Islands may take an additional 1-2 days.
Missed Delivery/Failed Attempt
If you’re not available when your package arrives, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot. For example, Royal Mail may leave a card with a reference number to book a redelivery online. Some couriers, like Evri, may automatically try a second or third delivery.

If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, additional fees may apply.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors like severe weather, courier issues, peak seasons, or customs for international orders. We’ll notify you if your delivery is delayed, and the courier will provide updates directly to you. You can also track any delays through your tracking link.
Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information on potential fees before placing your order.

Non-Delivery or Damaged Items
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at contact@smiggot.com with your order reference number.

Damaged or Faulty Products: If your item is damaged or faulty, kindly include a photo of the issue in your email. We will assess the situation and provide instructions on the next steps.

Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your package is lost or undelivered, we will contact the courier to investigate which typically takes 3-5 days. Once confirmed as undelivered, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
However, we kindly ask that any non-delivery or damaged item requests to be made within 30 days, as we are unable to provide refunds beyond this time.

Returns
To request a return, please email us at contact@smiggot.com with your name, order reference number, and the reason for your return. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
When Returns Aren’t Possible:

Custom Colour Products: Due to the personalised nature of custom colour options, we cannot accept returns for these items.

Opened Consumable Products: For hygiene reasons, opened consumable products (such as our creatine and shaker bottles) cannot be returned.
Again, we kindly ask that return requests be made within 30 days, as we are unable to accept returns beyond this time.
